Overseas Delivery

 Overseas Service Area 
Currently overseas service area: Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia

 Overseas Ordering Information 
  • Payment methods available are credit card and Apple Pay.
  • Overseas shipping is done using “7-11 Cross-Border Logistics” delivery.
  • It is essential to provide recipient information, including the recipient's name and address.
  • In accordance with Taiwan’s Value-Added Tax (VAT) law, no invoices will be issued (VAT law: Direct exports of goods or services to foreign buyers are exempt from issuing unified invoices).
  • Orders are expected to be delivered within approximately 3-5 business days. Delivery time may be extended based on courier delivery conditions and customs inspections. If customs duties apply, it is the responsibility of the customer to handle them.
  • Please be aware that if a package is refused due to customs duties, no refund will be provided. Please take special note of this.

 Shipping Guidelines 
  • Please provide the complete recipient’s name. If incorrect recipient information leads to failed delivery with no one available to sign, the entire order will be cancelled.
  • Packages that are returned will only be refunded in the form of store credit (shipping fees will not be refunded). You will also receive an email notification upon completion of this process. If you wish to have the package reshipped, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

 Overseas Return and Exchange Information 
  • Overseas returns are only accepted for “defective merchandise”.
  • If you receive a defective product, please send photos to our customer service within 10 days. Once it is determined to be a non-manufacturing defect, the amount will be converted to “member shopping credit” for future use.
  • Due to the complexities of overseas shipping, we do not accept return or exchange services for overseas shipments. We carefully inspect and package items before shipping, so you can order with confidence.

Singapore Region
  • Shipping method: 7-11 Cross-Border Logistics (3-5 business days for delivery)
  • Shipping fee: NT$240 (7-11 convenience stores), NT$300 (direct delivery to home/offices)
  • Applicable for direct delivery to home/offices, 7-11 convenience stores in Singapore

Malaysia Region
  • Shipping method: 7-11 Cross-Border Logistics (3-5 business days for delivery)

 Overseas Customs and Import Duties 
All overseas goods entering the domestic market must go through customs, and the decision to impose customs duties is randomly determined by customs. If the package incurs customs duties, it is the buyer’s responsibility to cover them. Please understand the following:
  • Customs duties are levied by national customs authorities and are not related to Aurastro. We recommend consulting your local post office for specific tax amounts.
  • If you need to pay customs duties, tax-related personnel will notify you and send you a customs declaration notice. Once the customs duties are settled, you can collect your goods.

 Notes on Refusing Overseas Shipments 
If you refuse to sign for an Aurastro package, you will still be responsible for shipping fees and any import fees generated by the package. These fees will be deducted from the package cost and returned to you.
